Presentation Evening 2023

This year, the evening started with a splendid three course meal, served with red & white wine. For each course there were at three choices. The meal culminated with a selection of cheeses, coffee and After Eights. The whole meal was cooked by our members, under the direction of Maralyn Woodward.

The meal was followed by the presentation of cups, shields and plaques  the winners and runners up of this year’s competitions. 

The range of competitions meant that a large number of our members came forward to be rewarded for their success.

There was no dancing this year!  The evening finished about midnight although the washing up and clearing up meant that some members did not leave till a bit latter.

Many thanks to all those whose hard work, in the kitchen, preparing vegetables, setting tables, decorating the club house and clearing away the rubbish, all who helped to make the evening enjoyable and a success.
